Ignition coil primary coil, secondary line solid core. Ignition Coil system, variable high-voltage, low voltage electrical spark plug spark. Common failure of the ignition coil is a coil breakdown. Failure phenomenon: can not produce high-voltage or high voltage, so that the spark plugs fire or fire weak, causing the engine is not working properly.
Ignition coil damage due to two reasons:
(1) the engine does not work, the ignition switch is not a long time off, due to the thermal effect of the current destruction of the ignition coil in the coil insulation.
(2) engine overheating, coil insulation paint plastic failure roast.
(3) the spark plug gap is too large, increasing the load of the ignition coil, so that the breakdown of high tension coil, causing a short circuit or open circuit.
(4) high-voltage circuit, so that the high-voltage no way through, likely to cause the breakdown of the high tension coil. When the engine difficult to start, the circuit should be checked whether the high voltage line.
Check ignition coil failure:
Repair methods: the resistance of the multimeter ohm files detection of primary and secondary coils can be judged that the ignition coil is faulty. Specific Ignition Coil resistance value can be found in

(1) the primary coil circuit
